Shipments and returns

Shipment

We only ship in Canada. We do not ship to the USA or internationally and cannot ship to PO Boxes. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.

We offer low flat rate shipping all on orders and free shipping on our best sellers. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. 

Returns

Return new and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging including all literature / documentation and original tags. Tire return or exchanges on tires will incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. Please contact us before sending your return to received a return of merchandise authorisaton number (RMA) .

Note: There are no warranties or returns on eletrical componants. If you are unsure what consitututes as an eletrical componant, please contact us before ordering.
